Mint-Garlic Yoghurt Dip

Great dipping sauce for roasted/fried chicken, keropok, fries, carrot strips or baguette.

What you need?
1 small bunch of Fresh mint leaves (finely chopped)
1 small cup Plain Greek Yoghurt
1 Garlic Clove (finely chopped)
1tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2tsp salt
